Overview

Gain insights into inventive solutions that are advancing health equity as innovators share their visions for a more inclusive and just healthcare system.

EQTY 2024 will host four Innovation Spotlights, which will give healthcare provider organizations, health plans, and community-based organizations the opportunity to share their cutting-edge innovations that target racial inequities in crucial areas.

Deadline to apply

Deadline for applications is Friday, June 28 11:59pm EST. Presenter(s) will be notified by email if their proposal was selected by Wednesday, July 17.

Presentation Information

Presentations will be eight (8) minutes in length, in a TEDx style. Slides or other visual materials are welcome but not required. We allow a maximum of two (2) presenters per Innovation Spotlight.

If selected, Summit registration fees will be waived or refunded for the presenters.

Suggested topic areas

We are specifically interested in innovations that target racial or ethnic health inequities in the following areas:

  • Behavioral health
  • Cancer
  • Chronic conditions
  • DEI training
  • Environmental justice/sustainability
  • Infectious diseases
  • Pregnancy
  • Social determinants of health (SDoH)
  • Workforce development

We are looking to highlight innovations that have demonstrable impact and replicability.
