All patients and visitors on our main campus must enter our hospital via Shapiro, Menino, or Moakley buildings, where they will be greeted by team members at a new centralized check-in desk before continuing to the hospital. About

Avra L. Goldman, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician at Boston Medical Center (BMC) and a clinical associate professor of family medicine at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine. After receiving her medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Dr. Goldman completed her family medicine residency at Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University. Dr. Goldman has a special interest in the health of refugee and immigrant families and healthcare for those who are unhoused.
