Your baby is the size of an acorn squash!
Your baby's brain is still growing and changing. Some studies say that babies can even dream now!
You might feel their kicks and jabs as little pokes since there is less space for baby.
The milk glands in your breasts are getting ready to feed your baby. You may notice wet spots on your nipples or in your bra.
Like with pregnancy and childbirth, you should learn about breastfeeding before having your baby.
Breast milk gives your baby all the nutrition they need and powerful health protection. Learn more about how and why to breastfeed before the baby arrives so you feel more confident.
Preparing for Childbirth
Being prepared for childbirth is important. You should learn about labor, feeding your baby, and more from home.
We offer childbirth education classes in person and virtually. You can sign up for individual or group classes to learn what you and your support people can expect with labor and birth and what you can do at home and in the hospital to help you feel relaxed and empowered.
Labor and Delivery Tour
Interested to see where you will give birth? Take a tour of the Labor and Delivery Unit in-person or virtually.
