Bump & Beyond

Your baby is the size of a mango!

They are very curious. On an ultrasound, you might see them touch the amniotic sac, their own face, or the umbilical cord.

Your baby is getting stronger, and you may start to feel little kicks, punches, and even hiccups!

Feel like you’re carrying a lot? You don’t have to do it alone. Don’t be afraid to ask for support in a way that feels right for you—and learn when to get help right away.

If your back aches, that’s normal too. The weight of your uterus and your larger breasts may be straining your back muscles. Try doing some yoga or getting a back rub.

Take some time to explore what other symptoms are common in the middle and late months of pregnancy, and how safe movement may help your mental health and wellbeing. Exercise regularly by taking long walks, riding a stationary bike, or using the elliptical.
