Your baby is the size of a green olive!

Baby’s teeth are beginning to form. All of your baby’s essential organs are there and will continue to form over the next few months.

Eating well helps your baby grow strong and keeps you feeling your best. Choose a mix of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, protein, and dairy.

Drink plenty of water and take a prenatal vitamin every day. Always carry a bottle of water with you.

Help Getting Fresh Fruits and Veggies

The Women, Infants & Children Nutrition Program (WIC) provides fresh fruits and vegetables to pregnant people and children. You can apply for WIC during your pregnancy. If you qualify, you’ll need a referral from your prenatal provider.
