Your baby is the size of a plum!
Your baby’s fingers can open and close, toes are curling, and eyes are clenching. Reflexes are working great! Your baby is drinking and peeing amniotic fluid.
You should be able to hear your baby’s heartbeat at your prenatal visits, if you haven’t already!
Did you know that taking one low-dose (“baby”) aspirin each day can help prevent high blood pressure in people who are at risk? Preeclampsia is most common in people over 35, pregnant people of color, first-time parents, and those with health problems.
Low-dose aspirin is totally safe for the baby. Talk to your provider about whether this can help you.
