BMC’s Yawkey building doors are now closed as an entrance as part of our ongoing efforts to enhance our campus and provide you with the best clinical care.

All patients and visitors on our main campus must enter our hospital via Shapiro, Menino, or Moakley buildings, where they will be greeted by team members at a new centralized check-in desk before continuing to the hospital. We are excited to welcome you and appreciate your patience as we improve our facilities.

Boston Medical Center (BMC), a national leader in health equity, and premier academic medical center and principal teaching affiliate of Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine, affiliated physicians and surgeons from across 47 specialties were named in Boston Magazine’s 2024 Top Doctors guide. Methodology

The Boston Magazine 2024 Top Doctors guide is based on research conducted by Castle Connolly as a part of Castle Connolly’s Top Doctors 2024 list. Therefore, discrepancies may exist. The list was developed based on peer-nomination of board-certified U.S.-based physicians and Castle Connolly’s review of nominee’s qualifications, appointments, outcomes, and reputation, among other factors.
