Jaromir Slama, MD is a plastic surgeon and Chief of the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Boston Medical Center (BMC). Dr. Slama is also an assistant professor of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Massachusetts Society of Plastic Surgeons, and the World Professional Association for Transgender Health. Dr. Slama has given many lectures at the Marie A. Curry Breast Cancer Symposium and for Boston Medical Center General Surgery Grand Rounds. He completed his residency in plastic surgery at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and a fellowship in hand and microsurgery at Massachusetts General Hospital. Dr. Slama has been in practice for over 20 years.
