Weather Advisory: Temporary Door Closure

Due to extreme cold, access through the Moakley Building's entrance off Boston Medical Center Place will be temporarily closed from 4 p.m. Friday, Feb. 6, through 7 a.m. Monday, Feb. 9.

All patients and visitors should use the main entrance for the Menino and Yawkey Buildings during this time. The hospital remains open and operating as normal.

We appreciate your patience as we take these precautions during severe winter weather.

This recipe makes use of two of our other recipes: Spiced Walnuts and Heart Healthy Dressing. If you don't have these on hand, feel free to use regular chopped walnuts, almonds, sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds, and dress the salad as you please. The cooking time listed includes the 1 hour required to make the walnuts, but if you already have those or decide to skip them, this colorful, nutritious salad takes 5-10 minutes to put together.
