An Update Regarding Seasonal Illnesses

To help prevent the spread of seasonal respiratory illnesses, we strongly encourage all visitors to wear a mask while in ambulatory clinics or inpatient units. Surgical masks are available at hospital and clinic entrances. Patients with respiratory illnesses should also wear masks. Thank you for helping protect our patients, staff, and community.

Fruit has a lot of nutrients like vitamin C, antioxidants, and vitamin A. This recipe is perfect for non-dairy ice cream that is super tasty!

Ingredients


Frozen_Fruit - 1 cup (for example: berries, mango, pineapple, 2 bananas) Milk - 2-3 Tablespoons (soy, almond, coconut, or low fat dairy) (may need more depending on blender) Optional_toppings - unsweetened coconut flakes, chopped nuts, dark chocolate shavings, fresh fruit

Instructions

Step 1
Blend or process the fruit and milk in a good blender or food processor. Serve immediately or smooth out in an airtight container. Store in the freezer.
Step 2
Top with preferred toppings.
