Ingredients
- Chocolate Protein Powder, 1 scoop
- Skim Milk, 1 cup
- Sugar-free Chocolate Syrup, 1 tablespoon
- Coconut Extract, 1 teaspoon
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth (This can also be mixed in a blender cup)
- Strain liquid into a cup using a wire mesh strainer
- Enjoy a 4-6 oz portion!
Notes
This recipe can be enjoyed at Stage 2, Stage 3, and Stage 4 of the Bariatric Surgery diet.
The coconut extract can be substituted with mint extract to create a delicious Chocolate Mint shake.
