Chocolate Coconut Protein Shake

  • Chocolate Protein Powder, 1 scoop
  • Skim Milk, 1 cup
  • Sugar-free Chocolate Syrup, 1 tablespoon
  • Coconut Extract, 1 teaspoon


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth (This can also be mixed in a blender cup)
  2. Strain liquid into a cup using a wire mesh strainer
  3. Enjoy a 4-6 oz portion!


This recipe can be enjoyed at Stage 2, Stage 3, and Stage 4 of the Bariatric Surgery diet.

The coconut extract can be substituted with mint extract to create a delicious Chocolate Mint shake.
