Perfect smoothie to get some of the vegetable recommendations. This green smoothie makes a perfect breakfast or a satisfying snack. Moreover, it will also provide fiber and nutrients to keep you full and support your health. 

 

 

Ingredients


Heavy-Cream - 30 grams Heavy Cream (36%) Spinach - 25 grams Raw Spinach Avocado - 175 grams Truvia - 3.5 grams Water - 250 ml

Instructions

Step 1
Wash the spinach
Step 2
Mix together heavy cream, spinach, avocado, Truvia, and water in a blender.
Step 3
Blend until the smoothies have a smooth consistency
Step 4
Store in the refrigerator before serving and serve it cold
