Ingredients

  • Heavy cream ( 36%) : 30 grams
  • Spinach raw: 25 grams
  • Avocado: 175 grams
  • Truvia: 3.5 grams
  • Water: 250 ml

Instructions

  1. Wash the spinach
  2. Mix together heavy cream, spinach, avocado, Truvia, and water to the blender
  3. Blend all the ingredients until have a smooth consistency
  4. Store in the refrigerator before serving and serve it cold
