Ingredients
Heavy
cream ( 36%) : 30 grams
Spinach
raw: 25 grams
Avocado:
175 grams
Truvia:
3.5 grams
Water:
250 ml
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the spinach
Step 2
Mix together heavy cream, spinach, avocado, Truvia, and water in a blender.
Step 3
Blend until the smoothies have a smooth consistency
Step 4
Store in the refrigerator before serving and serve it cold
