As pictured here, this is a nice dipping sauce for dumplings. Low-sodium soy sauce helps to bring the sodium content down. Even so, just a little of this sauce goes a long way!
Ingredients
Soy_Sauce
- 3 Tablespoons, low-sodium
Vinegar
- 3 Tablespoons rice wine vinegar
Sugar
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
Ginger
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger, or ⅓ teaspoon powdered ginger
Scallions
- 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
Sesame_seeds
- 1 Tablespoon, toasted
Oil
- ½ teaspoon sesame oil
