Hard boiled eggs, 2 Reduced-fat mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon Plain Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon Paprika, 1/2 teaspoon Salt and pepper to taste


Step 1
To make hard boiled eggs: Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil then remove from heat. Cover pan and let eggs sit in hot water for 10-12 minutes. Remove from hot water and let cool
Step 2
Once eggs are cool, chop into very small pieces
Step 3
Place finely chopped eggs and all other ingredients into a food processor
Step 4
Blend until smooth
