Ingredients


Milk - ½ cup Skim Greek_yogurt - ½ cup Light Blackberry_Preserves - 1 teaspoon sugar-free, seedless Peanut_Butter_Powder - 2 Tablespoons

Instructions

Step 1
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until very smooth.
Step 2
Strain liquid into a cup using a wire mesh strainer.
Step 3
Enjoy a 4-6 oz portion!

Notes

This recipe can be enjoyed at Stage 2, Stage 3, and Stage 4 of the Bariatric Surgery Diet. 

You can substitute blackberry preserves for any other desired sugar-free preserves.
