Milk
- ½ cup Skim
Greek_yogurt
- ½ cup Light
Blackberry_Preserves
- 1 teaspoon sugar-free, seedless
Peanut_Butter_Powder
- 2 Tablespoons
Instructions
Step 1
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until very smooth.
Step 2
Strain liquid into a cup using a wire mesh strainer.
Step 3
Enjoy a 4-6 oz portion!
