Cinnamon Swirled Banana Yogurt

  • 1/2 banana
  • Vanilla extract, 1/4 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon
  • Plain non-fat Greek yogurt


  1. In a small bowl, thoroughly mash the banana
  2. Add vanilla extract and cinnamon and mix gently
  3. Fold Greek yogurt into mixture
  4. Sprinkle extra cinnamon on top if desired


This recipe can be enjoyed at Stage 3 and Stage 4 for the bariatric surgery post-operative diet.

For a fall-inspired flavor, substitute cinnamon for pumpkin pie spice.
