Roasted Brussel sprouts work great as a side dish for any meal. 

Ingredients


Brussel_Sprouts - 1 lb Oil - 4 Tablespoons, Extra Virgin Olive Garlic - 5 cloves Pepper - 1 teaspoon, black

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Step 2
Wash the Brussel sprouts and cut the ends off, slice each in half.
Step 3
Cut ends of garlic and chop the garlic.
Step 4
Oil a sheet pan and add sprouts, black pepper and garlic.
Step 5
Place the pan in the oven till brown and tender, about 10 to 20 minutes.
Step 6
Serve with any dish.
