Smoothies are great snacks for hot summer days. Try this take on a PB&J sandwich for a delicious treat, packed with protein.
Ingredients
Yogurt
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
Milk
- 1 cup 1% milk
Nut_butter
- 2 Tablespoons creamy peanut butter, almond butter, or sunflower seed butter
Strawberries
- 1 cup, frozen
Ice_cubes
- 3
Instructions
Step 1
Add all ingredients to a blender, put cover on and blend on a medium speed for 1 minute.
Step 2
Divide liquid into 2 equal glasses and serve or store in the refrigerator up to 4 hours.
Notes
Substitute raspberries or try 1/2 raspberries, 1/2 strawberries.
