This is a delectable dessert, fun to serve to others at a gathering or party. These truffles are rich in different minerals,  vitamins, and antioxidants. 

Ingredients


Walnuts - 1/2 cups, chopped Dates - 2 cups Water - 1/4 cup Cocoa-Powder - 1/2 cup (raw) Vanilla - 1 teaspoon Toppings - 1 cup chopped nuts, coconut, or cocoa powder (for rolling)

Instructions

Step 1
Pulse walnuts in the blender or food processor until fine
Step 2
Add dates, water, and vanilla and blend until combined.
Step 3
Add the cocoa powder and blend until smooth and add a dough forms (if the dough is too sticky, try pushing the batter down with a spatula. If it continues to stick, slowly add 1 tablespoon of water at a time).
Step 4
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Step 5
Using a tablespoon, scoop out the dough and roll into a ball.
Step 6
Roll the balls in shredded coconut, chopped nuts, or cocoa powder.
Step 7
Keep in the refrigerator or at room temperature.
