Campus Construction Update

Starting September 14, we’re closing the Menino building lobby entrance. This, along with the ongoing Yawkey building entrance closure, will help us bring you an even better campus experience that matches the exceptional care you've come to expect. Please enter the Menino and Yawkey buildings through the Moakley building, and make sure to leave extra time to get to your appointment. Thank you for your patience.

In BMC’s Pediatric Sickle Cell Program, our specialists provide comprehensive care for hundreds of pediatric patients and understand the specific needs of kids born with sickle cell disease. We partner closely with your family, other specialists, schools, and other services to help children with SCD lead normal, healthy, carefree lives as much as possible. And as your child approaches adulthood, at around age 21, our Transitional Care Clinic can help your child transfer their care from our Pediatric Sickle Cell Program to our Adult Sickle Cell Program.
