Addiction Psychiatry Treatment Program (APTP)
We are creating a multidisciplinary team to provide outpatient treatment for all adult persons with a substance use disorder and co-occurring mental health disorder. We receive referrals from Faster Paths and other BMC programs for persons with SUD/COD, and provide expert assessment and treatment with medications, psychotherapies, and case management. Our aim is to comprehensively treat persons with SUD/COD.
The ABOVE program, funded by SAMHSA, currently provides multidisciplinary treatment for persons with opioid use disorder and co-occurring mental health disorders. Funding will end Fall, 2021, and the plan is for patients seen in ABOVE to transition to APTP.
