Thamarah (“Thamy”) Crevecoeur, MSN, DrPH, CNM, is a certified nurse-midwife at Boston Medical Center (BMC), where she also serves as the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology liaison to the Boston HealthNet Community Health Centers, as well as serving on the Boston University Member Group (BUMG) Board of Trustees. She is an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics & Gynecology at the Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine as well as an Associate Professor of the Practice at the Boston College Connell School of Nursing.

Thamy earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at Boston College Connell School of Nursing in Chestnut Hill, and her master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in Philadelphia. She subsequently completed a Doctorate in Public Health (DrPH) at the Boston University School of Public Health.

Thamy has a special interest in global women’s health and immigrant health. She provides prenatal care at Mattapan Community Health Center as well as BMC. In addition to English, she is fluent in French and Haitian Creole (Kreyòl Ayisyen).
