Boston Medical Center’s Grow Clinic, Feeding Clinic, and Nourishing Our Communities are partnering to host Food Explorers. This is an interactive group class that takes place on the BMC's Rooftop Farm for kids and their families to become more comfortable around a wider variety of healthy foods. This class is offered by a multidisciplinary team that specializes in feeding.

Class goals are to:

  • Expose your child to new or unfamiliar foods
  • Increase their comfort level and confidence in exploring new foods
  • Teach children how healthy foods help their bodies
  • Support parents in learning strategies that they can use at home to help their children gain comfort with a wider variety of healthy foods

We are hosting classes throughout the year. Our virtual Food Explorers class is a great option for families who cannot join in person! Each class will take place at 4 p.m.
