This homemade crust is a great healthy choice for our Cranberry Curd crust. The oats and nuts contain fiber, which can decrease your cholesterol and help with digestion. 

Ingredients


Oats - 1 cup old fashion Nuts - 1 cup walnuts, almonds, or cashews Honey - 1 Tablespoon Coconut_oil - 2 Tablespoons Water - 1 Tablespoon Salt - ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon - ½ teaspoon

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F and spray muffin tin with cooking spray.
Step 2
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and pulse until finely chopped (avoid blending so much that it is smooth like peanut butter).
Step 3
Divide the mixture evenly among 6 cups of a muffin tin, pressing it firmly into the bottom and 1 inch up the sides to create a thin crust.
Step 4
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until firm.
