This recipe is a quick and easy snack that contains lots of protein, fiber, and healthy fats while reducing sugar, sodium, and saturated fats.

Ingredients


Seaweed – one individual pack, roasted seaweed Eggs – 2 large Avocado – ½ avocado Seasoning – ½ teaspoon of Everything-But-The-Bagel-Sesame-Seed-Seasoning* or other seasoning of choice

Instructions

Step 1
Add eggs to a small pot of water.
Step 2
Bring the water to a slow boil and cook the eggs for 10-12 minutes.
Step 3
Drain out the hot water and submerge the eggs in cold water.
Step 4
Let eggs sit in the cold water for 3-5 minutes until they are cool enough to peel.
Step 5
Use your knife carefully cut the avocado in half and use the spoon to scoop out the avocado out of its shell.
Step 6
Cut the avocado into small chunks.
Step 7
Peel and cut the hard-boiled eggs into small chunks.
Step 8
Lay out the pieces of roasted seaweed and add chunks of avocado and egg on top.
Step 9
Sprinkle on your seasoning of choice.

Notes

*Can swap out for your favorite seasoning or make your own at home (options: using garlic powder, onion powder, paprika powder, crushed red pepper, black pepper, sesame seeds, poppy seeds)
