Treatments and Services
The EASE Clinic is led by two developmentally trained primary care physicians and school liaisons who work together to evaluate concerns, guide next steps, and support families in navigating medical and educational systems. Our team offers:
Special education navigation and advocacy
Support with requesting and understanding school evaluations
Guidance around Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans
Review and interpretation of school and developmental assessments
Care coordination between families, healthcare providers, and schools
Connection to developmental, behavioral, and therapeutic services (e.g., speech, occupational, physical, and behavioral therapies)
Parent coaching and education on special education rights and processes
Assistance preparing for school meetings and communicating with school teams
Referrals to community-based and legal advocacy resources, when appropriate
Our goal is to reduce barriers, promote equity, and empower families with the tools and knowledge needed to support their child’s success in school and beyond.
