Horseradish has a sharp, almost spicy flavor. It is mellowed slightly by the yogurt, and pairs well with fatty fish as shown in the photo. It can also be a nice dip for raw vegetables or sauce for roasted vegetables.

Ingredients

Horseradish_Mustard* - ¼ cup Yogurt - ¼ cup low-fat, Greek yogurt Herbs - 1 Tablespoon chopped dill parsley, cilantro (fresh) or 1 ½ teaspoon dried basil, parsley, or oregano Garlic - 1 teaspoon, powdered Salt - ¼ teaspoon (to taste) Pepper - ½ teaspoon (to taste)

Instructions

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.

Notes

*You can use regular prepared horseradish, horseradish mustard, or regular mustard for this recipe. Use whatever you have on hand and enjoy!

**Try a variety of herbs! Dill works well, but I also like thyme and basil in this recipe.
