Beverages made with hibiscus and spices are popular in West Africa and the Caribbean. This sparkling iced tea is inspired by the Jamaican sorrel drink. Hibiscus is a flower that is crimson in color, and rich in antioxidants like beta carotene, vitamin C, and anthocyanins.
