Virtual Tours

Tours of BMC's newly renovated Labor and Delivery suites with single-family Mother-Baby rooms, newborn nursery, and NICU are available in English only. Tours last approximately one hour.

Labor and Delivery suite tours are on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays by appointment only. Please call or email us to book your virtual tour.

The Importance of Childbirth Education

What Happens in Childbirth Classes?

Childbirth classes help you know what to expect during the labor and the birth process. You can talk with other pregnant women, learn about how your body works and how your baby is growing. You will learn about birth, breastfeeding, and what to expect in the 1st  few days of the postpartum period. Childbirth education can be a safe place to ask questions or talk about your worries.

English Classes

Mondays: 12 pm. , 1 pm., 2 pm., 3 pm.

Tuesday: 12 pm. , 1 pm., 2 pm., 3 pm.
Wednesdays: 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Fridays: 12 pm. , 1 pm., 2 pm., 3 pm.

6 Week Childbirth Series: Families learn about labor and birth, breastfeeding, and newborn care. There is a $100 fee for BMC patients and a $150 fee for non-BMC patients. Wednesday evenings for 6 weeks, 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.: 

Labor and Birth Workshop: A one-day Prepared Labor Workshop consists of labor and birth, pain management including non-pharmacological methods, breathing and relaxation techniques, breastfeeding, newborn care, and postpartum classes  A virtual option may become available soon, so please email Childbirth Education for more information.

Saturdays 12 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.; Occur Monthly-  A virtual option may become available so please email Childbirth Education for more information.
