About

Theresa Buks, PA-C is a Certified Physician Assistant in the Department of Radiation Oncology at Boston Medical Center. She received her BS in Medical Laboratory Science with Honors Course Distinction from Northeastern University where she completed co-operative education experiences in both academic and pharmaceutical industry research, as well as clinical rotations in hospital laboratories throughout the Boston area. She received her Master of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) degree from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Science in 2011, where she was awarded the Alumni Association Academic Excellence Award as well as the MPAS Academic Excellence Award. Prior to joining BMC, she practiced in OB/GYN/Labor and Delivery and Inpatient Medical Oncology at institutions in the Boston area. She is a member of the Advanced Practice Provider Council at BMC/BUMG.
