Instructions

Step 1
Prepare your popcorn by popping it using your preferred method (stovetop, microwave, or air popper).
Step 2
Prepare both seasonings: For the savory seasoning, combine garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Mix well. For the sweet seasoning, combine coconut sugar (or brown sugar), cinnamon, vanilla powder (if using), and salt in a separate small bowl. Stir well.
Step 3
While the popcorn is still warm, sprinkle the savory seasoning over one batch and the sweet seasoning over another. Toss to coat evenly.
Step 4
For roasted potatoes: If you'd like to enjoy the savory seasoning on roasted potatoes, simply toss the seasoning with diced potatoes before roasting. Roast at 400°F (200°C) for about 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy, tossing halfway through.
Step 5
Enjoy your freshly seasoned popcorn and roasted potatoes, adjusting the seasoning to taste!
