- 1 can heart healthy cream of mushroom soup
Ricotta
- ½ cup low-fat ricotta cheese
Milk_powder
- 2 Tablespoons skim milk powder
Milk
- 1 cup skim milk
Instructions
Step 1
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Step 2
Strain liquid into a bowl using a wire mesh strainer.
Step 3
Enjoy a 4-6 oz portion!
Notes
Feel free to heat up the blended soup in a small saucepan on a stove or in a microwave.
