Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F (175°C).
Step 2
Take the 10 tortillas and stack them on top of each other, ensuring they are evenly aligned. Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, Cut the tortilla in half, then rotate and cut it in half again to create four equal triangles. You can also cut them into smaller strips for thinner chips, whatever you prefer!
Step 3
Combine 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of cinnamon in a small bowl.
Step 4
Gently separate the wedges or strips and lay them out on a baking sheet. Lightly spray cooking spray and sprinkle cinnamon and sugar mixture over the pieces. If you do not have spray, drizzle oil sparingly over the pieces. Use your hands or a spoon to toss and evenly coat the tortilla pieces. Arrange the pieces so they are as spread out as possible, with minimal overlap of the tortilla pieces. You may need 2 baking sheets.
Step 5
Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the chips are golden and crispy. It is recommended to flip the chips halfway through baking, use your tongs to flip each chip! Keep an eye on them toward the end, as they can brown quickly. When they are done, allow them to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
Step 6
While the tortillas bake, dice the 2 kiwis, 1 cup of strawberries, 1 mango, and ½ apple into small pieces. In a bowl, mix the diced fruit together.
Step 7
Drizzle 1 tbsp of honey or maple syrup over the fruit mixture and stir to combine. If desired, add a squeeze of lemon or lime juice to enhance the flavor and stir well.
