About Our Mom and Baby Programming
During pregnancy, a mother’s body goes through many changes to allow your baby to grow and develop. Eating well is important to keep you and your baby healthy while meeting the extra demands to promote growth.
Healthy Cooking for Mom and Baby
In partnership with BMC’s CenteringPregnancy® group, the Teaching Kitchen offers the class, “Healthy Eating for Mom and Baby” to teach you nutrition and cooking skills to easily feed yourself healthy meals during pregnancy and lactation. You will also learn how to feed your baby during their first year starting with baby's first bites to enjoying meals together. The class is integrated into each CenteringPregnancy® session. In addition, each visit will be provided a healthy snack and recipe to provide examples of great foods you and your baby will love!
