Talk to your provider. They can refer you to therapy or psychiatry.
If you need immediate, walk-in help:
- BMC’s Community Behavioral Health Clinic (BMC CBHC) provides walk-in urgent mental health care, no appointment needed.
- They’re open:
- Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

- They’re open:
- BEST Services is emergency mental health services available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

- You can go to the BMC Emergency Room 24 hours a day.
