What Happens in Childbirth Classes?
Our Prepared Labor Workshop and other classes help you know what to expect during labor, birth, and after. You will:
- Understand how your body changes and how your baby grows
- Learn what happens during labor and birth
- Talk about comfort and pain relief
- Discuss choices during labor and birth
- Learn what to expect in the first few days after birth
- Learn about feeding your baby, including breastfeeding
- Meet other pregnant people
- Ask questions and talk about any concerns
