When to Get Help

It is always okay to ask for help.

Reach out if you notice:

  • Ongoing sadness or anxiety
  • Trouble doing daily activities
  • Not sleeping or staying in bed most of the day
  • Scary or unwanted thoughts
  • Pulling away from others
  • Thoughts of hurting yourself or others

These may be signs you need more support.
