Weather Advisory: Temporary Door Closure

Due to extreme cold, access through the Moakley Building's entrance off Boston Medical Center Place will be temporarily closed from 4 p.m. Friday, Feb. 6, through 7 a.m. Monday, Feb. 9.

All patients and visitors should use the main entrance for the Menino and Yawkey Buildings during this time. The hospital remains open and operating as normal.

We appreciate your patience as we take these precautions during severe winter weather.

This pudding is made with tofu and doesn't have any dairy, so it is vegan. Tofu comes from soybeans, which are a complete protein source and contain all the essential amino acids. Pumpkins contain vitamin C and are a great source of Vitamin A. This is a nutritious snack that is filling. 

Ingredients


Silken_tofu - 16 oz, well drained Pumpkin_puree - 15 oz canned or fresh Pumpkin_pie_spice - 1 teaspoon Sweetener - ¼ cup pure maple syrup or honey

Instructions

Step 1
Add all of the pudding ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Refrigerate for anywhere between 2 hours and overnight
Step 2
Top with fresh fruit (optional).
