Summer Challenge 2022!

Over 10 weeks, the BMC Summer Challenge will give you the opportunity to get outside, move your body and enjoy farm-fresh recipes. By participating, you can earn points and WIN PRIZES!  To stay in the loop of Summer Challenge offerings, join the summer challenge e-mail list here.

How it works 

  • Attend classes (live on Zoom or recorded) to earn 1 point 
  • Earn 10 points to win a box of produce (pickup of produce is required)  

Classes open to patients, staff and are community include Farm-to-Table virtual cooking classes with the Teaching Kitchen and Farm Manager and Move Your Body! virtual fitness classes with Kenya Palmer.

Farm-To-Table

Join us virtually to explore a summer crop from farm to table. Annabel, the farm manager, will give us a tour of the crop-of-the-week to see how it grows, and our Teaching Kitchen instructors will take us through a cooking demo to show us ways to use that crop in a healthy dish.

When: Thursdays, June 16 - August 11

Time: 6-7 PM EST

Move Your Body! with Kenya Palmer

Join Kenya Palmer each week for a dynamic, functional, low-to- moderate-intensity full-body workout! All you need is a yoga mat, water bottle, and towel.

Location 

When: Tuesdays, June 14 - August 9
