Additional Team Members

Moesha Andze
Community Wellness Advocate
My name is Moesha and I currently serve as a Community Wellness Advocate at Boston Medical Center as a part of the Parents Under 25 Program.
I have always been passionate about working in an environment that promotes the wellbeing of the community, particularly one dedicated to supporting pregnant adolescents as they navigate their journey toward successful and fulfilling lives. To me, outstanding care begins with creating a space where individuals feel safe, heard, respected, and supported. It is through compassion and meaningful support that we can help young parents recognize their strengths and build a positive future for themselves and their families.
Kayla Cardoso

My name is Kayla and I am Community Wellness Advocate at Boston Medical Center’s Adolescent Prenatal Clinic in the Parents Under 25 Program. I’m passionate about creating a safe and supportive space for young mothers as they navigate pregnancy, motherhood, and everything in between. I enjoy building meaningful connections with families, listening to their needs, and connecting them with resources and support that can make their journey a little easier. My goal is to help every young mother feel heard, valued, empowered, and confident as she begins this new chapter.
