Treatments and Services

Prenatal and Postpartum Care

  • Expertise in management of HIV/AIDS during pregnancy and the postpartum period
  • Medication counseling
  • Postpartum care and reproductive life planning
  • Culturally humble and lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and gender non-conforming inclusive care
  • Expertise in high-risk pregnancy
  • Breastfeeding consultation and support
  • Care coordination across specialties including infectious disease, endocrinology, and cardiology for maternal and fetal conditions
  • Connections to childbirth education and doula services

Preconception Care

  • Preconception counseling for people living with HIV/AIDS and for serodiscordantt couples
  • HIV Pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP):
  • Connection to PrEP for women and serodifferent couples
  • Care coordination with the Center for Infectious Diseases

Gynecologic Care

  • Cervical cancer screening and colposcopy
  • Family planning services and contraceptive counseling
  • Referral to advanced gynecologic surgery

HIV Care

  • Referrals to pediatrics programs, specialized primary care and support for people living with HIV, behavioral health services, treatment for substance use disorders, HIV testing, genetic counseling, and community services 

Outreach Services

  • Our staff are available to provide education and presentations on HIV treatment and prevention to providers and groups in the community
