About WRAP:

What early intervention services does WRAP offer?
WRAP uses the evidence-based coordinated specialty care model for early psychosis. Individuals within the first 5 years of their psychosis starting are eligible for our first episode/early psychosis team. To learn more about the components of WRAP's first episode team, view this infographic. 

Do I or my loved one have to engage with every service WRAP has to offer (e.g., therapy, medications, peer support)?
No. Although we recommend using all of our multidisciplinary services, we will work with you and/or your family to come up with a personalized treatment plan using a shared decision making approach. 

Does WRAP provide care beyond the first 5 years of psychotic illness?
Yes! We offer specialized medication management for psychotic illness across the lifespan. However, the availability of other therapeutic services may be limited, as many of our services are supported by grants for our first episode psychosis team. We will work with you to find alternatives within outpatient psychiatry at Boston Medical Center or closer to your home. 

What languages does WRAP provide treatment in?
Through Boston Medical Center's robust interpreter services department, we have the ability to offer services in over 150 languages either via in-person or video interpreter. Several members of our team are multilingual as well with certification to provide care in several languages.
