Childbirth classes help you know what to expect during the labor and the birth process. You can talk with other pregnant people, learn about how your body works and how your baby is growing. You will learn about birth, breastfeeding, and what to expect in the first few days of the postpartum period. Workshops consist of labor and birth, pain management, breathing and relaxation techniques, breastfeeding, baby care, and postpartum classes. Childbirth education is a safe place to ask questions or talk about your birth-related concerns.
