Ingredients

Yogurt - 1 cup low fat/ fat free Greek yogurt Flour - 1 cup whole grain flour Baking-soda - 1 teaspoon

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix together yogurt and flour until it forms a smooth dough.
Step 3
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for 1-2 minutes (add more flour if necessary).
Step 4
Optional - Place dough in an airtight container or wrap with plastic wrap. Let the dough sit in the refrigerator for an hour - overnight to help the dough form and become easier to work with.
Step 5
Transfer the dough to a floured surface. Divide into 4 equal parts.
Step 6
Roll out each piece of dough to about 8 inches (20 cm) in diameter, using plenty of flour to prevent sticking or tearing.
Step 7
Spray 2 baking sheet with cooking spray. Place the 2 rolled doughs on each baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until slightly brown or until the dough firms.
Step 8
*If you don't want to bake the dough: Cook the bread in a dry pan over medium-high heat for 2-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
