Lamburgers With Yogurt Sauce

Burgers >>> Ground lamb - 1lb Feta cheese, crumbled - 1 cup Mint - ½ cup, chopped Parsley - ½ cup, chopped Onion 1 small, grated Mushrooms -1 cup, chopped Garlic - 2 cloves, minced Salt - ½ teaspoon Pepper - ¼ teaspoon Yogurt Sauce >>> Cucumber - 1 medium, chopped Yogurt - ¼ cup Mint - ¼ cup, chopped Cilantro - 1 tablespoon, chopped Cumin - ½ teaspoon
Place feta, herbs, onion, mushrooms and garlic in food processor and pulse 5-6 times until finely chopped.
Add all burger ingredients to a large bowl and mix with hands until evenly distributed.
Roll into about 12 patties.
Cook in a large oiled skillet, turning frequently until brown.
Combine sauce ingredients in blender and mix briefly.
Serve lamb burgers with sauce.
