While one can never go wrong with beef burgers, this interesting lamb burger is delicious and great for cold winter!
Ingredients
Ground_lamb
- 1 lb
Feta_cheese
- 1 cup crumbled
Mint
- ½ cup, chopped
Parsley
- ½ cup, chopped
Onion
- 1 small, grated
Mushrooms
- 1 cup, chopped
Garlic
- 2 cloves, minced
Salt
- ½ teaspoon
Pepper
- ¼ teaspoon
Cucumber
- 1 medium, chopped
Yogurt
- ¼ cup
Mint
- ¼ cup, chopped
Cilantro
- 1 Tablespoon, chopped
Cumin
- ½ teaspoon
Instructions
Step 1
Place feta, herbs, onion, mushrooms and garlic in food processor and pulse 5-6 times until finely chopped.
Step 2
Add all burger ingredients to a large bowl and mix with hands until evenly distributed.
Step 3
Roll into about 12 patties.
Step 4
Cook in a large oiled skillet, turning frequently until brown.
Step 5
Combine sauce ingredients in blender and mix briefly.
Step 6
Serve lamb burgers with sauce.
