SOFAR (Supporting Our Families through Addiction and Recovery) is a medical home for children whose parent(s) have a substance use disorder. We provide ongoing support for families by fostering attachment, enhancing child development, providing recovery/parental mental health support, and connecting you to other services and resources. We are here to ensure your entire family is cared for with interventions that support both caregivers and children.
