Bella grew up in New York and graduated from SUNY Geneseo in 2023 with a BA in Sociomedical Sciences, along with minors in Anthropology and Biology. She began at Boston Medical Center as an AmeriCorps member with the Grow Clinic, where she found a passion for working with children. With a strong desire to help others and a clear focus on healthcare, Bella moved to Boston after graduation to address health disparities in underserved communities. While at school, she had the chance to study abroad in Ghana, researching neglected tropical diseases. Bella plans to pursue a higher degree in either medicine or public health in the future, with a focus on healthcare for women, as well as maternal and child health.
