The Office for Human Research Protections (OHRP) hosts a free virtual event to celebrate the enactment of the National Research Act in 1974.  No registration is needed to gain access to the event or to its agenda.  Both links can also be found on the event's webpage.

After opening remarks, more than a dozen speakers will be gathered to engage in one of three sessions:  

  • What Followed the National Research Act
  • From Research Subject to Research Partner, and
  • Contemplating the Future.
