Attendees will learn best practices, for successful multi-site study management including staffing and communications, documentation, and IRB review and reliance. Using a mix of presentations and case study review, this session will include recommendations for feasibility and site selection, startup, and active enrollment.                

Designed for both investigators and research staff, all are welcome to attend. Both in-person and remote participation in this session is available.
