Weather Advisory: Temporary Door Closure

Due to extreme cold, access through the Moakley Building's entrance off Boston Medical Center Place will be temporarily closed from 5 p.m. Friday, Jan. 30, through 7 a.m. Monday, Feb. 2.

All patients and visitors should use the main entrance for the Menino and Yawkey Buildings during this time. The hospital remains open and operating as normal.

We appreciate your patience as we take these precautions during severe winter weather.

Weight Loss Surgery Support Group

The Weight Loss Surgery Support Group is led by senior bariatric surgery dietitian Wendy Anderson, MS, RDN, LDN. This group is designed to help guide and support you prior to and after your weight-loss surgery. You'll have the opportunity to learn from other patients and share your own weight-loss experiences. Please note that this group meeting will take place over Zoom and is only open to patients enrolled in Boston Medical Center’s Weight-Loss Surgery Program.
